Greetings! I'm so happy you've found my profile. A little about myself - I love spending time with family and my two dogs. I am a yoga and meditation practitioner. I thoroughly enjoy spending time outside and cooking. I have over 13 years of experience working as a caregiver for older adults and individuals with developmental disabilities. I have five years of experience working as a household manager/ team lead. I am able to provide direct care assistance with activities of daily life (bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, bathroom protocols, etc.), as well as, perform household duties (cleaning, shopping, cooking, caring for pets, etc.), scheduling (medical appointments, meetings, activities), caregiver coordination (including hiring, training, scheduling, and support), setting up travel plans, and much more!
