About Lauren

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, outgoing and funny I like working with kids because being able to watch them grow and develop many skills is something I strive to do. I love being able to be apart of the journey of their physical and mental development I'm looking for a job that I can feel comfortable with the parents as well as the kids and have great communication between all! I started working with kids when I was 12 years old as a family babysitter. I am in my last year of college majoring in early elementary education and minoring in child development and family science One thing you should know about me is I will always put your children and their safety first no matter what. I am the fun babysitter but when needed I can put my foot down. I love to do arts and crafts and go out to parks and make sure the kids motor skills are developing! My skills include communication, reliability, and safety.
