I've worked as a preschool / toddler teacher and a nanny from ages 1-5, the youngest I've nannied for was a baby she was 4 months old. Some things I really value while building a relationship with the parents and the kids are communication, trust, and positive affirmation. I think these 3 are super important in order to build a strong relationship with both the parents and the kids.
