About Lauren

Hello, I have worked in various forms of child care for about eight years. I was a summer day camp counselor for three years, before and during my time at college. As well as a volunteer camp counselor for a five day sleep away camp for foster youth for six summers. While in college, I worked at a couple daycares for two years. In the fall of 2019, I worked as a classroom teacher for an after school program until the Spring due to COVID-19. After graduating from college, I began working at a behavioral, therapeutic day school. I was a teacher's assistant for at risk youth during the school year. Following my time in the school, I began working as a foster care caseworker contracted through DCFS. I was a caseworker for over a year, until I made my transition to work in Family Law. I have always had a passion working with kids and would love to continue this work.
