Laura is a kind, patient, and reliable nanny for our daughter from when she was 3-9 months old. They go outside every day when the weather is good and read lots of books, sing songs, and play at home. She is punctual and very good with our challenging dog, too! We are ready for our daughter to have more peer-to-peer interaction, which is the only reason we're ending our nanny relationship with Laura, but we plan to still call her for babysitting.

Laura was very professional, communicative and made us feel comfortable leaving our 4 month old for the first time. We also appreciated that she truly loves dogs. Would definitely hire her again.

Laura is a very reliable and caring caregiver. She watched our little one for a year from about the age of 6 months to 18 months. She was always on time, is a great communicator, and takes and shares pictures and updates every day so you know what your little one is up to. And it’s clear she has a lot of experience with kids!! She knows all the kids books and songs by heart, knows age appropriate toys, and is comfortable offering up suggestions when she thinks it’s time to rotate toys or books. She loves taking the kids for walks and will spend a lot of time outside with the em, weather permitting.

Laura is also great with pets and will treat them like another one of your children. Our dog gets plenty of love and attention and gets to join on daily walks. We’ve even hired Laura to watch our fur baby while we’re out of town in her home, and to come walk him for us in a bind. 

It’s clear Laura cares a lot about the children and pets in her care. She’ll treat them like her own. She’s not afraid to make suggestions or recommendations based on her experience, but is very respectful of your guidance and preferences. 

Laura has been a part-time nanny for our 3 year old for since she was about 1.5 years old. As first time parents, we were initially nervous about having someone else take care of our daughter, but she took to Laura right away and we quickly felt completely at ease knowing she was in such caring and capable hands. From story time at the library to helping her learn her ABCs and numbers, Laura brings a thoughtful, nurturing, and fun presence to every day they spend together. Her love of gardening, animals, and fruits and veggies has become part of our daughter’s world too! Laura is reliable and kind and we’re so grateful for the role she’s played in our family.

We feel incredibly lucky to have found Laura. She has been with us since our son was six months old (now 17 months), and I can’t express how much she has meant to our family. As a first-time mom, I had a lot of anxiety about leaving my baby with anyone, but she immediately put my mind at ease. She goes above and beyond every single day —not only with him but also with our dog, who is quite a handful (and loving him was never part of her job description!). Laura started watching our son when he was 4 months old. We are first time parents, and she is a true asset in our lives. She's trustworthy, kind, caring, and obviously really good with babies! Our son is so excited when she walks in each morning. She is very detail oriented, thoughtful, and is great at keeping a schedule. We feel so relieved knowing he's happy and safe with her while we're at work.

Laura is incredibly responsible, responsive, and loves children! She’s been a great caretaker to our 3.5 year old and 1 year old daughters! Shes always engaging them with activities (reading, crafts, etc) and does a great job getting our older out on walks to the park and library. She’s also great with our dogs. Highly recommend her!

Laura was such a wonderful find! She's been with us since summer of 2021 caring for our baby in the mornings and occasionally our 4 year old when not in school. She is respectful, kind, flexible, reliable and supports our parenting style. Basically all you could ask for in a nanny. Laura's really good about keeping a routine, including daily outdoor time. We also have a dog and Laura has been super helpful, taking him on daily walks with the baby. She's become our go-to pet sitter. Could not recommend Laura highly enough. Is great with kids of all ages, super engaged, and is easily our dog's favorite human.
