Tanya was always there when I needed her even on short notice. She arrived early when scheduled. My kids ages 5 and 12 loved her like family & I trusted her as family. She was very kind and playful but also firm when needed. She was very useful when I would have to stay late at work as she didn't mind picking the kids up from band and study hall after school. She had no problem telling me how things went once I left for work. In my opinion she was worth every penny! I was so sad when my family and I had to relocate I hope to find a sitter half as good!
