I have also served as a Forensics Debate Laboratory Instructor for the PEOPLE Program -- a scholarship program which seeks to serve and provide higher education opportunities to underprivileged populations. Prior, I was employed as a Recreational Leader for the Chicago Park District, which served youth between the ages of 5-18yrs. Lastly, I am the current nanny of one infant (5mo.), and the intermittent/date night nanny for several families across Chicago. I have over 10 years of experience working with children ages 5-18yrs, and about 3 years newborn to 5yrs.

Lana is amazing. She took care of our 7-month old for a day and he immediately loved her. She came prepared with age-appropriate activities and games, narrated the day to help with language development, sang, and read books - plus helped with housekeeping and taking care of our two cats without being asked to do so! Her open and proactive communication kept me comfortable through the day as well. We will absolutely hire Lana again and highly recommend Lana to anyone looking for a reliable and experienced care giver.
