During my second semester I worked as a 5th grade and 6-8th grade math tutor. I have been babysitting for four years and have worked at a summer camp for two. I have experience with kids from all ages. I can connect with kids really well and I love doing it. I try hard to uplift the kids I work with and teach them about kindness by modeling it. During my time working at summer camp, I would often be the only one who could help kids when they were having difficult moments. Everyone has days where the smallest things can set them off, but kids haven't yet learned how to regulate their emotions. I know that even though something may not seem like a big deal, it can mean everything to a kid. I am patient and dependable and would be honored to care for your child! Lana is absolutely exceptional! Not only did I hire her to look after my 4 year old son, but I also hired her as an Intern for the youth summer theatre camp that I own. She is extraordinarily gifted when it comes to working with kids (of all ages), and is extremely reliable in all tasks given to her. I felt 100% in leaving her in charge of a single camper who needed extra attention, as well as a room of 20 campers. Believe me when I say it: She's That Good.
