One thing you should know about me is I prioritize Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs. Providing basic necessities like food and safety are great. I strive to create a loving space where children can build their self esteem and have the support to be the greatest version of themselves they can become. Prior to my military service I was an early childhood educator at a gifted learning academy. Now that I'm out of the military I want to continue to protect and cultivate young minds, while enabling parents to be the best they can be for their precious children. Emotional intelligence: I listen giving children the opportunity to express themselves building autonomy and a better understanding of self. Time management: Children thrive on routine so creating something constant for them allows them to cling to patterns learning a sense of normalcy. Problem solving: I know all situations can end in a win-win. Compromise and cooperation are amazing life skills that kids can develop at a young age.
