About Kristen

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Kristen. She has helped me take care of my son and daughter since they were born and they are now in school. With both my children, she was always warm and attentive to their needs and moods. She knows how to have fun with children and also how to be firm and teach boundaries. She, having raised a daughter herself, has the instincts and experience of a mom, which I value very much. She was always thoughtful to follow my instructions when I wanted things done a certain way and always tried to do more than necessary, to go above and beyond, keeping things clean and tidy at home, and remembering the food and games that my children prefer. She’s very conscious of safety and protective of the kids. She’s bright and resourceful and finds ways to inspire and stimulate the kids with different activities. She has a passion for music and an encyclopedic knowledge of music from many genres and she tries to share this love of music with my children. We don’t see her as often, now that they are school-aged, but they still ask about her and she will watch them every so often when I need her to. I trust her to drive the kids to activities- for music class or library storytime and for visiting playgrounds. She’s also a great communicator. I highly recommend her as a caregiver and babysitter for infants and children of any age.
