Hi! My name is Kristen. I am available for evening/date night babysitting positions. I hold a bachelors degree in elementary education from the University of Texas at Austin, a diploma in Montessori elementary education from the Montessori Institute of Atlanta, and a Masters in Montessori Education from Loyola University Maryland. My experience working with children spans several years, ages, and areas. I I taught lower elementary (1st-3rd grade) for four years at an AMI-recognized school and have worked with children in a variety of other capacities including as a piano teacher, gymnastics coach, part-time nanny, an infant caregiver, and an upper elementary assistant in a Montessori classroom. Kristen is approachable, calm and warm. Our family has had a great experience with Kristen and would highly recommend Kristen as a nanny or baby sitter. We asked Kristen to pickup our children from several summer camps and Kristen did an excellent job. Our children were in a variety of summer camps so managing the pickup process required attention to detail and effort. Kristen was able to pickup our children with no issues. We also asked Kristen to drive our kids to piano practice once a week and she was able to complete that task. Further, Kristen routinely played with our children after camp through board games and also had our kids complete workbook pages for summer enrichment. Overall our family felt very comfortable with Kristen and would definitely vouch for Kristen if she wanted to work for anyone in our circle of family or friends. We are very happy with Kristen so we wanted to share this good news!
