About Holly

My name is Holly. I have a BA in Elementary Education from the University of Texas at Austin and San Antonio. I am a Texas state certified teacher with 13 years of experience in the public school system. I received the top level of expertise for each year I taught. My state certification is for grades 1-8 and includes endorsements in reading, ESL 1-8, and prek-k. In addition, I have Montessori teacher certifications at the toddler and primary levels. I have taught in Montessori schools for 12 years. I am also the mother of 3 grown and married daughters as well as 7 grandchildren. I have worked as a nanny for 8 years. I have cared for children in that setting from ages 0-10 years. I love working as a nanny! My strong background in all areas of childcare is tremendously useful! I have also taught art in the classroom as well as set up and implemented art activities for all ages. I have worked in physical education settings and love playing both indoor and outdoor games.
