I'd describe my personality as caring, empathetic, and open-minded. I like working with kids because they provide a fun energy to be around, and it is the most rewarding feeling to be able to set a good example for such young, impressionable minds. I started "working" with kids at age 13, when my two younger sisters were born. With my mom and stepdad being full-time employed, I would watch my sisters from time to time, and spend time with them everyday. Having some experience with my little sisters, I began babysitting at age 16 for a few families, and loved it ever since. In my spare time, I like to experiment with different art mediums, thrift, rock climb, and spend time with family and friends. My skills include having patience, good communication skills, and being able to problem solve.
