I'm driven to make a positive impact on each child's life while providing families with dependable care. I have four years of paid experience caring for children and adolescents with a range of developmental disabilities through a private agency, as well as having provided care for kids aged newborn to 18. I bring a creative and friendly approach to caretaking, with a focus on teaching independence and confidence. I'm comfortable caring for up to two children at a time. I enjoy playing outdoors, and educational games that encourage learning. I am willing to communicate with parents through daily reports and/or verbal updates, as requested. I believe in open communication, and creating a comfortable, trusting environment. I have a car, am comfortable with pets, and am certified in CPR and First Aid.
