This provider expressed interest in caring for my special-needs children, and initially agreed to the hourly pay rate. However, communication and honesty became an issue when she later hesitated about the rate after receiving the application and my children’s personal care plans (which we did not receive back). Shortly after, she stated she was no longer interested in the position. The lack of transparency and follow-through was disappointing and resulted in wasted time for my family.
