About Kierra

Working with children has always been something I genuinely enjoy. I'm currently a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I work one-on-one with children to help them build communication, social, and daily living skills while creating a safe, encouraging environment. My job has taught me the importance of patience, consistency, and meeting every child where they are. Outside of work, I'm one of 11 siblings with eight younger brothers, and I have many nieces and nephews, so being around kids has been a part of my of my life whether that's playing games, doing crafts, or helping with homework. My favorite job I've ever had was being an art teacher at the Boys & Girls Club. I loved encouraging creativity, building relationships with the kids, and watching their confidence grow. I strive to create a fun, safe, and caring environment where children feel supported and parents feel confident knowing their little ones are in good hands.
