About Kieran

Hi! My name is Kieran, and I have childcare experience working at an elementary school in a before/after-school care program. In my role as a Lead Daycare Teacher, I focus on maintaining a safe, structured, and fun environment. I'm responsible for supervising activities, enforcing rules, supporting children's well-being, and building positive relationships with them. I'm energetic, patient, and easy to connect with. I also have experience preparing snacks and meals on longer (8+ hour) days, grocery shopping for program needs, and helping keep spaces clean and organized. While we encourage children to clean up after themselves, I'm always happy to assist with tidying. With previous lifeguard experience, I developed strong safety awareness, responsibility, and attentiveness. I strive to be someone both kids and parents can trust and feel confident in.
