About Kiara

I am passionate about supporting the growth and development of young children and their families, I bring over 12 years of experience working in ECEAP (Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program) and special education (SPED) preschool settings. With a strong foundation in child development and inclusive education, I've had the privilege of working with children from birth to 12 years old across a variety of early learning environments. For the past 3 years, I've served as a Family Service Specialist, where I've focused on building strong relationships with families, connecting them with resources, and advocating for their needs within the educational system. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and am committed to creating equitable, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate experiences for every child.
