About Kaylee

Hello all, My name is Kaylee and I've been within the childcare community for 10 years and have loved it. I have a passion for helping children grow and experience life to the fullest. I have worked in may childcare centers such as Montessori, Reggio Emilia, etc. I have a bachelors degree in early childhood education and have continued to improve on my skills over the last 7 years. My last position was as a lead teacher in an infant classroom so I have all the trainings that go along with caring for an infant and above. I was often left on my own with 4 infants at a time. I am super knowledgeable in developmental milestones up to 18 months. I have previously worked within the autism community and have gained so many skills and techniques that can be used for all children. I place high importance on open communication, respect, teamwork, and forming lasting relationships.
