I am experienced at providing devoted infant/child care. I started working as a part time nanny in 2009. From 2015 to 2018 I worked as a full time nanny. Since 2018 I have been working in a licensed childcare center first as the lead teacher in a preschool class (ages 2-3) and for the past year as the lead infant teacher. I am a rigid safety/hygiene enforcer, practiced at the art of mediating sibling rivalries. I am a skilled arts and crafts director and an enthusiastic storyteller. I believe in cultivating an environment that fosters learning and imagination. My primary experience is with children infants to 7 years of age. I have current Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certification through the red cross as well as an Oregon Food Handlers License. I am fully vaccinated and am happy to wear a mask.

Megan was an incredibly babysitter! My kids and I adored her. She was always on time and communicated well with me. She was so great a keeping my kids inspired and away from the T.V. and video games. She'd bring projects for the kids to do and was not afraid to go outside and get dirty. My younger son loves to catch lizards in the backyard and Megan was always game! She worked for us for quite a few years, until we moved out of the area. Can't tell you how much we wish she moved with us! Two and a half years later we still talk about her and miss her. I have three kids and she was great with all of them. One was an infant, one about 3 and one about 5. She had no problem dealing with them all. I highly recommend Megan!!! She is truly wonderful with kids!
