In addition to babysitting, I have experience teaching larger groups of kids dance and theatre. Working in an after school program and teaching my own theatre classes has strengthened my ability to be flexible and communicative while still following protocols. I am good with homework help as well. Being the eldest sister of my siblings and also caring for pets has given me valuable skills when working with children. I think it is important for children to: -be creative individuals -play and have fun -respect/care for others -learn to help with small tasks like cleaning(if they're at the age to do so) -feel safe and supported -and most importantly to learn these life skills through the adults around them
