I love being a nanny to see them grow up and take everything that I have taught them and put them into their lives. I enjoy seeing them smile. And I love making that connection, that bond with them. As a nanny or a babysitter or a teacher I think that it is extremely important to make sure that every child knows that they are safe with you. I want to be that person that lets this child know that they have a safe place with me that they don't have to be scared to ever speak their mind or ever ask me for anything, because when it comes to me, they will always be taken care of and safe I believe that it is very important to show children this at a young age because I think as a nanny or as a teacher or babysitter it is your responsibility to make sure that that kid is the happiest kid at least when he or she is with you. I do it to see the smiles and to hear the laughs. I do it for them, they make me want to be the best I can be for them.

I worked closely with Ms. L. and she has been one of the most kind people I have had the pleasure of working with. From the moment she started she has always been quick on her feet and was always taking initiative on how to better the class as she always put the kids needs and wants first. She always made the environment fun for the children and it made not only the kids days better but everyone around her as well.
