About Katie

I have worked for four families as a nanny/household assistant-ranging from multiple school aged children families, to toddlers, to two families with newborn twins. In addition to childcare, other experience I have with educating children includes volunteering as an academic tutor/mentor for school aged students for 2 years through EV Kids Corp, volunteering as a summer camp counselor for school aged children, and traveling to Argentina in college to volunteer with children of all ages in the pediatric unit of a hospital in Buenos Aires. I graduated in 2019 with a degree in Exercise and Health Sciences and a minor in Biology. After graduation I worked for 7 months as an Applied Behavior Analysis therapist/teacher in an autism center. My clients ranged in age from 2. 5 years to 9 years old. I am currently getting at Master's degree from GWU.
