Hello! I'm Kathryn, and I have been babysitting and nannying kids for nearly 6 years. The years I have spent working with children have been some of the most rewarding and enjoyable years of my life, and I look forward to working alongside your family now! I am comfortable with children of all ages, infant to teen. My most recent experience (last 2-3 years) has been working with infants and younger children, up to 7 years. I really love engaging kids in play, going outside and getting active, as well as staying indoors to read, bake, do art and science projects, or play make-believe. My philosophy is that learning, emotional growth, and play can all go hand in hand, and make it a point to make learning fun by incorporating it into play! I am happy to help children with homework, cook, clean, as well as run errands as necessary. I am also comfortable with well-behaved pets.

Katie has babysat for my 3 kids, ages 11 to 5, for 2 1/2 years now. My kids and I just adore her! Katie is not your average babysitter. She goes above and beyond the call of duty. Katie does projects with my kids, she sets up obstacle courses on rainy days, bike rides, trips to the park, science experiments, just to name a few things. My oldest son is a special needs child who requires a lot of patience, nurturing and understanding. Katie was wonderful with him and he just loved Katie. Katie comes highly recommended from this family!
