About Kathryn

Hello! My name is Kathryn and it's really my honor to care for your elderly loved ones. I have experience as a live-in helper for a senior who was recovering from a major heart attack, had many medications, and many side effects like fatigue and dementia. I am very patient and understand that many things may have to be repeated, and also that I may hear many repeated stories. I always enjoy them as if it's the first time. I also make sure to keep track of medications and diet. I'm a yoga teacher and lover exercising. I have a specialization in low intensity/ gentle yoga that I am happy to share with seniors when they like it. I always encourage safe low impact exercise, but never force it. I love working as a caregiver to help your family feel safe, stress-free, and peaceful.
