In the past 4 years I have worked . We taught our kids how to do crafts and some coding! It was amazing watching them develop skills w their friends. I then transferred to 2 Montessori schools and as I have worked there it has taught me not just different skills but how every child reacts in a different manner which makes them unique in how they develop as a person. The Montessori Theory is based on guiding principles, which include: Independence. Order. Choice. Freedom. Mixed age range. Control of error. And Materials. I am also Bilingual, CPR Certified, A Fast learner, patient, Drawing skills and Guitar skills Im also flexible and can adapt to schedule changes(Can't work Saturday and Sunday). As I get to work with kids I truly enjoy seeing them grow and nurture their skills!
