I have experience babysitting kids from the age of newborn to 14-year-old, also I have a 3-year pedagogical degree from my country (teaching, early childhood development), have background working with kids with different developmental delays (speech, fine motor skills, behavioral issues, social skills, Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, anxiety). 4 years of experience in public school working with Special Needs kids. Volunteering in my son's schools and Sunday churches in kids groups. My approach is not just babysitting but learning through play, music, reading, art, etc. I believe that the early development is very crucial and the more you educate and work with your kids at the very early age, the more intelligent and successful they will be in the future. My current availability full time, M-F, 8:00-7 pm, also can provide some occasional weekends care. Reliable, have my own car, non smoker, great with pets. We had Alena part-time for a month with our 4-5 month old son and wish we could’ve her longer. She was wonderful and we all loved her. Always on time, loving, caring and gentle, she was a real pleasure. From day one she connected with him through play, tummy time and outdoor time, keeping him happy. She handled feeds, nappies, bottle cleaning/sanitizing, and kept things tidy. Attentive and open about his progress, we truly appreciated her and highly recommend her.
