We were in Tahoe for the weekend and hired Katerine to take care of our 7-month-old baby while we went skiing and sledding. Katerine was right on time even with the long drive from Reno, and she had a nurturing yet fun energy that our baby gravitated to right away. Katerine has experience as an au pair and her recent family provided a very positive reference. Katerine quickly understood all my instructions for feeding, changing, and napping, and everything went smoothly for the 4+ hours we were out. She put the baby down for a nap, played with her, and fed her and sent me updates by text. I was so grateful to have peace of mind that my baby was well cared-for while the rest of us were out, and would hire her again. The friends we were with also asked for her contact information to babysit for future Tahoe trips.
