About Meagan

I have over 10 years of experience working with children in a variety of settings - as a part-time babysitter, full-time nanny, and instructional assistant in special needs classrooms. I've cared for children of all ages and abilities, from infants to teens, including those with medical, behavioral, and educational needs. I've worked one-on-one with children, supported families with multiple kids, and supervised larger groups during "Parent's Night Out" events. My background has given me strong skills in communication, patience, and adaptability - ensuring that I can meet each family's unique needs. I take the time to understand what's most important to each family and how I can best support them. I truly enjoy getting to know what makes every child and family unique and strive to make time apart as smooth and positive a transition as possible.
