Kate is a great sitter — she’s responsible, trustworthy, and always follows guidance and instructions carefully. She does a great job reinforcing the important rules of the home while still making sure the kids have fun. She’s playful, engaging, and able to connect easily with children of all ages. Through her experience with both my family and others, Kate has developed a strong skill set and a natural ability to relate to kids. She has cared for my three children, ranging in age from 6 months to 12 years old, and has always adapted well to each stage and personality. Kate also communicates very well with parents.
