About Mabel

Hello, my name is Mabel. I am currently living in Burlington VT. I'm passionate about nurturing children's growth and have 3 years of experience as a caregiver. As a calm and approachable provider, I create a comfortable environment for kids to learn and play. I follow the parents' lead in setting rules and communicate openly about their child's day. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children that promote learning, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. I'm happy to help with light housekeeping and travel. As an older sister of a 2-year-old, I understand the importance of trust and open communication in childcare, and I'm committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for your family. I am continuing to further my experience and passion of working with children by taking two classes through CCV. I am taking Child Development and Human Growth and Development.
