About Katelyn

Caring for children and being part of their growth is something I genuinely love. I'm passionate about creating a warm, safe, and encouraging environment where children can be themselves! I have three years of experience working with children ages 2-5, including children with Autism and/or ADHD. I bring a calm, patient, and flexible approach while keeping each day fun through creativity, imagination, and play. My background includes Psychology coursework, with classes in Early Child Development, along with CPR and First Aid training, including choking response. I'm happy to help with light housekeeping, organization, crafts, errands, and travel. As a skilled swimmer, I also enjoy outdoor activities and can provide attentive water supervision. I value each family's routines and parenting style and am happy to follow your household rules and communication preferences. My goal is to help your children feel happy and cared for while bringing creativity and joy into your home!
