About Katelyn

I have been a dancer for Rochester City Ballet for almost five years now, we are a small company so the pay is not great. My aunt pulled me aside and asked me if I would like to nanny her newborn born daughter. I decided to give it a try. I absolutely fell in love caring for her and seeing her learn and grow. Teaching her to talk and seeing how much progress she was making. She is now 5 and has started going to school so my aunt no longer needs me. I also care for a little boy on occasion which I absolutely love. I have tried other second jobs but none of them compare to caring for a child. I love children so much and think that they are all so beautiful in their own special ways. I love being creative and playful with kids because I am still a kid at heart. I am hard working and dedicated to anything that I do, and even though I have no kids yet I know someday I will become a great mother from all I have learned through being a nanny.
