I want to introduce myself again here since I haven't been very active for about 2 years since I found a stable family that has keep me busy ... my name is Karla and have been a nanny now for almost 15yrs I stay pretty consistent with many families over the years I have great reference I mainly stay in the medical community since word of mouth travels, but I'm looking into expanding my hours as my kids are growing and don't need my help as much now.. My experience with Karla has been fantastic. She’s been taking care of my boys for about 4 months. First and foremost, I can trust her alone with them and as a parent, I believe there’s nothing more important than knowing your children is with someone you can trust. Secondly, she’s patient and consistent. My oldest is hard to please and in his tantrums, she remains calm, patient and consistent. Both my boys have a daily routine that they easily adapt to which is great. And to name a few she’s also self sufficient, she is flexible with her time, she’s understanding and she’s honest. Our values align and we believe in a lot of the same things in terms of how to care for my kids so I think that helped as well. I’d be happy to get on a call with anyone who wants more information.
