About Karizma

Hi! I'm an infant caregiver with professional daycare experience, and I truly love working with babies. I'm calm, patient, and very attentive to routines, safety, and each child's individual needs. I have hands on experience with feeding, diapering, naps, and I value clear communication with families. I'm especially comfortable caring for infants and supporting parents during those early months. I hold a bachelor's degree in Early Intervention, along with teaching and CPR certifications! I like working with kids because I love building relationships and watching them grow. Seeing them hit milestones and develop their personalities makes every day exciting and rewarding. I enjoy creating a fun and encouraging space where they feel confident exploring and learning as they grow! My skills include giving individualized attention so every child feels seen, responding to each child's needs to keep them happy and secure, and fostering excitement and pride as they explore and hit milestones.
