About Michele

Hello, families! I'm Michele, a childcare professional with 11+ years of experience as a nanny and preschool teacher. I'm a Massachusetts EEC Certified Teacher. I've cared for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in both private homes and early education settings. I believe children thrive when they feel safe, loved, respected, and encouraged to explore. I bring patience, warmth, consistency, and creativity to each day, with age-appropriate play, learning, and routines tailored to each child's needs. As a mother, I understand how much trust it takes to welcome someone into your home. I value clear communication, reliability, and lasting relationships with families. I'm fluent in English and Portuguese and would love to help your child learn, grow, and feel truly cared for!
