About Karen

I have over seven years' experience providing in-home healthcare services to individuals in need. As a personal care assistant and social companion, I have provided non-medical hands-on care in the areas of getting in & out of bed, getting dressed, bathing, grooming, meal preparation & feeding, mobility issues through physical therapy exercises & other personal care needs, maintain medication schedules, along with driving to medical appointments & running errands as required. Additionally, I have provided home chores such as light housekeeping, washing dishes, laundry, emptying trash, grocery shopping, caring for pets & plants. For companionship, I have read to clients, helped with hobbies, played games, accompanied them to outings, events & classes such as swimming, dancing & scrapbooking. My focus is to help others live a full & meaningful life filled with laughter, happiness & joy!
