Karen has such a calm and caring demeanor, that our daughter connected with her right away. Karen cared for our daughter for a few months before she turned one, and it took no time at all for them to become besties. Karen is a natural at reading my daughters needs and responding to them appropriately. She was also very flexible and easygoing. I would highly recommend Karen as a caregiver, we will miss her!
