About Maya

Hi families! I am a 20-year-old Montessori trained caregiver from Lynnwood Wa. I worked as an Infant and toddler teacher for one year in a Montessori and RIE setting. My responsibilities included, provide nurture and care for toddlers and infants, plan and implement age appropriate activities to foster physical, social and emotional development, communicate with parents and maintain a healthy relationship, observe and document developmental milestones. I cared for ages 3mo-16mo, I have experience with children up to age 4. My trainings and certificates include: Bloodborne Pathogens, Child Care Basics, CPR, First Aid, Food Handlers Permit, and Safe Sleep Certification. I would describe myself as patient and creative, with a love for humor. In my free time I enjoy watching movies and listening to music. I love spending time with my family and 3 cats.
