About Kara

Hello! I have experience working in schools, nannying, as a behavioral technician for children with Autism, working in an adolescent group home and providing social services in juvenile court. I've worked with a variety of behaviors and every age range. I'm in my last year of grad school to obtain my Masters of Social Work and enjoy incorporating a holistic view of child development into my interactions with the children I care for. I'm willing to help with preparing meals, managing carpools and tidying up as well. I enjoy getting to know each child as an individual and finding ways to incorporate their talents and interests into their care in a fun way! I am also comfortable with pets and have my own vehicle.
