Hi! I'm Dani, and I'm passionate about supporting children of all ages in safe, engaging, and nurturing ways. I have extensive experience working with kids-ranging from toddlers to school-aged-and specialize in creating environments that encourage learning, growth, and confidence. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a focus on Childhood Development, and I currently work as an RBT mentor, where I train and guide new technicians to provide the highest quality care. This experience has strengthened my skills in understanding individual needs, managing challenging behaviors, and fostering positive interactions. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, and safety is always my top priority. Whether it's homework help, structured learning, creative play, or daily routines, I tailor my approach to each child's unique personality and developmental stage.
