This summer I am retiring from my 40 year career as an elementary educator. I have spent over 20 of those years as a resource teacher: Reading Coach, Reading Resource, Academic Intervention Specialist, and Hillsborough Accelerated Literacy Learning teacher. I have also been a First grade, Second grade, and Fifth grade classroom teacher. During summer sessions I have also taught VPK and Third grade. I am looking forward to continuing to teach young students to read and to enjoy their learning journey.
