About Kaitlin

Hi families! I am a passionate and reliable nanny with over 7 years of childcare experience, specializing in infant care and early childhood development. My background includes working in daycare settings, which has given me extensive experience caring for twins, children with special needs, and managing multiple children of different ages simultaneously. I love helping babies hit key developmental milestones through engaging, age-appropriate activities, interactive play, and gentle routines. Having managed busy daycare environments, I am calm under pressure, highly adaptable, and skilled at keeping days organized and stress-free. I am also fluent in Danish and happy to introduce a second language to your little one if desired! I prioritize open communication with parents and strive to create a safe, nurturing, and loving environment for your baby. I look forward to connecting with your family!
