Hi, my name is Vicky! I started babysitting at a young age and have always enjoyed child care. I am very intrigued by child development and spent a year in college working in a child psychology lab studying early language and development at UMN. I've always loved babies and children of all ages, but infant care became my favorite after I cared for my cousin's baby for a couple months after mom returned to work, post maternity leave. My last position I was a full time nanny to an amazing, now 18-month-old (!), who I was lucky enough to care for since she was 1-week-old. I am currently a full time nanny to another wonderful baby, now 14 months old, and I have been working with him since he was 6 months old. This position will be ending in early March because the baby will be starting daycare. I have experience with baby led weaning and baby sign language. My favorite childcare activities are arts & crafts, playing outside, and reading.
