Hi! I'm Kaitlin, and I've been babysitting since I was 15 years old. I have experience caring for children of all ages and genuinely enjoy creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment where kids can thrive. I have extensive experience working with children with special needs. I was a nanny for a wonderful girl with special needs for two years, and I also help care for my special-needs nephew. These experiences have taught me patience, compassion, adaptability, and the importance of individualized care. I'm CPR certified, dependable, and safety-focused. As a flight attendant, I stay calm under pressure, think quickly, and prioritize the well-being of others every day. I bring those same qualities to childcare.
