About Joseph

I have 5+ years of experience working with children through behavioral therapy, special education, summer camps, and children's programs. I currently work as an RBT, supporting children with autism and developmental needs through individualized plans, learning activities, play, and positive behavior support. I previously worked as a Special Education Paraprofessional, supporting IEP goals, academics, behavior, and personal-care needs. I've volunteered with children's programs for 9 years and been a youth leader for 4 years. I also live with my four nieces and one nephew. I'm patient, dependable, creative, and genuinely enjoy working with children. While I'm new to private nannying, I bring extensive childcare experience.
