About Kailani

(I'm looking for a job that is flexible to my school schedule, but can work with alternate schedules) I'd describe my personality as bubbly, caring, and kind. I enjoy working with kids because I have younger siblings of my own that I can't see very often due to school, so I enjoy sharing the big-sister love and care that I have to offer! I love giving kids a fun time, usually involving some arts & crafts. I began working with kids when I was 13 (2018) and have been ever since. I've worked with families in need of care for children ages 11 months - 12+. I have 2 years of experience working with kids as a Lifeguard/Private Swim Instructor. I've been trained in CPR and first aid, so I can be of aid with these skills if ever necessary. In my spare time I like to cook, journal, and visit family when I'm not too busy at school. My skills in childcare include compassion, communication, and patience. I feel it's important to have these skills when caring for kids so their needs can be met.
