About Kathryn

Hello! I'm Kat . Over the course of 4/5 years I've worked as a server, caregiver, tutor, and babysitter which are jobs that align with my personality. I'd describe myself as extroverted, compassionate, and honest. Since I was 15, I've loved working with kids as they bring innocence, energy, and curiosity that adults no longer have. I've learned skills that are applicable to both youth and adults while being silly and having fun! I began babysitting on the app and became loyal to many local families. I've enjoyed working with kids so much that I now work at an elementary school! I've strengthened skills such as patience, redirection, habit/routine building, and cleanup. One important thing to know about me is I value honesty. I prefer that parents are transparent in order for me to meet your needs with no confusion or miscommunication. Not only do I care for your kid, but I care for you!
