About Kaia Rose

Haii !!! I have experience caring for children of different ages and supporting families through nannying, backup care, and my own experience helping care for my seven younger siblings as the oldest. I've also worked with children with autism and developmental differences which has helped me become more patient, adaptable, and attentive to each child's individual needs. My experience also includes working with children through soccer coaching. I believe being a great nanny means more than simply supervising children. I want children to feel safe, understood, encouraged, and comfortable being themselves. I also value open communication with parents because I want them to feel confident, informed, and supported while their children are in my care. Whether we're learning something new, playing, following a routine, or navigating a difficult day, I strive to create a positive, dependable, and caring experience for the entire family.
