About Kacie

Hello! My name is Kacie, and I am an elementary school teacher seeking a nanny position. I currently teach elementary art, which allows me to bring creativity, patience, and hands-on learning. I love planning engaging activities like art projects, sensory play, outdoor exploration, and imaginative games. In addition to my elementary experience, I previously worked as a Lead Guide Toddler Teacher at Guidepost Montessori in Downtown Naperville. In that role, I supported children in developing independence, practical life skills, and social-emotional growth within a child-centered Montessori environment. I am experienced in working with infants, toddlers, and young children. I value encouraging independence while also providing warmth, structure, and safety. I am very outdoorsy and love spending time outside going on walks, visiting playgrounds, and exploring nature.
